Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking to hire an RN Supervisor – Registered Nurse - Full-Time .

• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus*
• Schedules Available: 3 x 12-hour Day Shifts or 3 x 12-hour Night Shift.
• Must be willing to work the cart on a floor.
• $38.76 - $42.84 per hour based on experience.

RN Supervisor – Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program.
• PA RN – Registered Nurse license.
• IV Therapy Certification required.
• One year of nursing supervision experience required.
• Geriatrics experience preferred.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• Criminal background check required.

RN Supervisor – Registered Nurse Job Summary:

• Supervise daily rounds, reporting problems to management and initiating corrective action immediately.
• Observe residents under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc.
• Monitor residents’ condition including fluid intake and output and compose patient charts.
• Provide emotional and psychological support when needed.
• Communicate with residents’ family or friends to provide advice, comfort and release instructions.
