The Role
We're looking for hands-on team members to help us renovate and maintain our portfolio. You'll be an essential part of a crew that transforms vacant buildings into vibrant homes and businesses. Depending on your skill level, responsibilities may include:

Interior and exterior renovations from start to finish
Drywall, painting, flooring, framing, and finish work
Cabinet installs, punch lists, and fine-tuning details
Site prep, cleanup, demo, and material handling
Overseeing small crews and subcontractors (Foreman level)
Keeping jobsites safe, clean, and compliant

Pay & Position Tiers
We hire for skill - and pay accordingly.

Laborer: $16-$19/hr
Tradesman: $20-$23/hr
Junior Foreman: $24-$25/hr
Foreman: $26-$35/hr
_Overtime available to all tiers after 40 hours_

Schedule & Benefits

10-hour shifts
Some weekends, as needed
