Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to residents under supervision of a licensed physical therapist
- Assist with initial and ongoing assessments, treatment planning, and progress documentation
- Implement prescribed therapeutic exercises, gait training, and modalities as directed
- Monitor patient responses, document progress, and communicate changes to the supervising PT
- Ensure safety during therapy sessions, including proper positioning, transfers, and activity modification
- Maintain accurate, timely records and ensure compliance with facility infection control and privacy standards

- Availability to start on 04/27/2026 and commit to a 13-week assignment
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- Willingness to work a day shift (08:00–16:30) in a long-term care setting
- Eligibility to work in the United States
