Golf Course Technician (Seasonal)

Country Club of York (CCY)

The Country Club of York (CCY) is seeking dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Green & Grounds team for the 2026 golf season. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in maintaining beautiful spaces, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

While prior landscaping or golf course experience is beneficial, we place greater value on reliability, work ethic, and a positive attitude than on technical experience.

Anticipated Start Date: These seasonal positions are expected to begin in March or April 2026, weather and operational needs permitting.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with daily golf course setup including tees, greens, and fairways
• Operate and maintain equipment such as walk-behind and riding mowers
• Perform bunker maintenance, string trimming, edging, and rotary mowing
• Complete debris removal and general grounds maintenance
• Maintain clubhouse grounds and surrounding areas
• Assist with trash removal, cooler setup, and special projects as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and communicate any issues to leadership
• Perform other appropriate duties as assigned

Schedule Overview

• March, April, October, November: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
• May through September: 5:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
• Monday–Friday with rotating weekend shifts (early mornings)
