Line worker
Job Responsibilities:
- Assesses quality output of products through diligent performance of quality tests as per defined instructions and specifications, maintaining consistency and reliability in production standards.
 - Communicates any disruptions or deviations encountered during the production process to the Manufacturing group leader, facilitating swift resolution and minimizing downtime.
 - Operates safely of a diverse array of machinery, tools, and equipment within the manufacturing group, adhering closely to instructions to maintain operational efficiency and product integrity.
 - Ensures seamless production by adeptly setting up or adjusting equipment according to stringent manufacturing specifications, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to quality standards.
 - Maintains a vigilant watch over output quality, promptly identifying and addressing any instances of faulty products, including the appropriate actions of discarding or remanufacturing to uphold quality assurance.
 - Upholds meticulous record-keeping practices, maintaining accurate daily production records to provide valuable insights for performance analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
 - Utilizes basic computer proficiency to navigate digital work instructions, record test outcomes, and manage work records efficiently, contributing to streamlined operations and documentation.
 - Demonstrates a steadfast commitment to safety, security, and environmental protocols, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and actively seeking feedback to enhance performance and personal development within the team dynamic.
 
Minimum required Education: High School Diploma, Vocational training or equivalent. Minimum required Experience: No prior experience or equivalent.
