- Prepare new machines for customer delivery and installation
- Uncrate, assemble, inspect, and test machinery to ensure proper operation
- Perform machine demonstrations and operator walkthroughs in our showroom
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues both remotely and on-site
- Provide technical support to customers by phone and email
- Assist with machine installations and startup activities
- Complete service documentation and inspection reports
- Work closely with customers, sales staff, and service personnel to ensure successful machine deliveries
- 2 years experience working with capital Equipment, machine tools, or fabrication equipment
- 2 years experience of industrial electrical systems, including 3-phase power
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in both a shop and customer-facing environment
This position is primarily based in our Schiller Park showroom and warehouse. Travel typically ranges from 2535% and may include:
- Customer installations
- Service visits
- Industry trade shows such as IMTS and FABTECH
- Support for large machinery deliveries
- Travel requirements may fluctuate throughout the year based on customer demand and company growth.

$3040 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Location
