Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a Supply Distribution Specialist opening! This long term opportunity could lead to perm hire. Hours are 1st shift, 630a-3p. Pay is $20.00/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments of materials; use the materials information system to track receipt
- Distribute incoming materials
- Ensure incoming shipments are stored in accordance w/ manufacturer recommendations
- Ensure perishable goods are sorted and stored in refrigerated areas
- Assist w/ cycle counts
- Perform custom kitting as needed
- Pick client supply requests and prepare them for shipment including labelling
- Track outgoing shipments
- Notify buyers of back orders and stock outs; follow up as needed
- Deliver supplies to other sites as needed
Candidates for this opening must have a HS Diploma/GED and at least 2-3 years' experience. Good math and computer skills are needed. A valid driver's license is needed.
