POSITION: Powder Coater
LOCATION: Mount Pleasant, PA | $20/hr | First Shift
RATE OF PAY: $20/hr
SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
TYPE: Temp to Hire/Full-Time
Job Duties
• Prep metal parts: cleaning, sanding, masking
• Apply powder coating using spray equipment
• Mask parts to protect designated areas
• Monitor coating thickness and finish quality
• Cure parts in ovens per specifications
• Inspect finished parts and perform rework if needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualifications
• 1–3 years powder coating experience
• Strong masking skills
• Knowledge of coating equipment and processes
• Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards
• Attention to detail and reliable work habits
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout shift
