Hours: 10:30AM-7:00PM
This is a remote/hybrid role that can be based in either Harrisburg, PA or Tampa, FL.

We are looking for a Cisco Order Entry Specialist to support our Cisco Business Unit Department .
Responsibilities:
- Receive Purchase Orders from customers receive by email, fax, and mail.
- Enter Sales Orders into an Order Management System by typing in the data on the Purchase Order quickly and without mistakes.
- Update existing Sales Orders.
- Follow account-specific rules while entering Sales Orders.
- Interact with Sales Reps and Sales Managers.
- Perform additional work-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or higher education preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) of programs required.
- Familiarity with administrative duties.
- Experience using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner.
- Knowledge of touch-typing system is strongly preferred and typing speed and accuracy.
- Professional communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
