Travel Licensed Practical Nurse Long-Term Care Job
- Core responsibilities: Provide direct patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians, including medication administration within scope, monitoring vital signs, wound care, daily living assistance, and assistance with activities of daily living. You’ll contribute to accurate shift handoffs, participate in care planning discussions, document progress in electronic health records, and advocate for resident safety and comfort. Your role includes reinforcing infection control practices, ensuring safety in mobility and transfers, and supporting nutrition and hydration needs while upholding dignity and privacy.
