Sr Product Manager

What we do: The Gopuff 3P Storefront and Integrations team is looking for an experienced product leader who will define and build the future of Gopuff’s storefronts and integrations. In this role, you will solve problems that help brands deliver on rapidly evolving consumer expectations around delivery speed by leveraging Gopuff’s logistics network, instant fulfillment infrastructure and technology to power their own direct-to-consumer websites — all while driving profitable order volume and diversifying revenue streams for Gopuff.

You will rally an elite team of engineers and work with various business teams to enhance products within the 3P team. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact as your work will directly touch the experience for our customers and consumers.

This is a hybrid position (Tues-Thurs onsite) in our Philadelphia, PA or Aventura, FL locations

• - Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of work experience in Product Management on teams building technology products
• Extensive experience in building and managing internal apps and platforms, preferably in e-commerce or on-demand delivery businesses
• Strong technical understanding and design sensibility with a record of working closely with design and shipping delightful products
• Deeply care about your end-users, love experiencing your product, and relentlessly innovate for them.
• Experience launching products and features 0->1, triaging bugs during pilots, and funneling user feedback to the engineering teams
• Ability to prioritize across many business needs, opportunities, and feature requests and turn them into clear PRDs and specs for the engineering team to build
• Know how to use data to inform sound product decisions (SQL proficiency preferred), ability to run experiments, and condense results.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Enjoy problem-solving and proactively look for opportunities to improve and iterate
• Ability to collaborate and work productively across large teams

• Set the product strategy for Gopuff’s 3rd party marketplaces and integrations
• Own the product work required to get Partnership initiatives to successful outcomes
• Advocate for your users and be responsible for ensuring the user is at the forefront of all product decisions
• Collaborate closely with teams across Gopuff to ensure these platforms are scaled in a way that unlocks long-term value for broader sets of use-cases
• Partner closely with engineers, data scientists, designers, product managers, and business stakeholders to prioritize a product roadmap that focuses on the user while meeting business objectives
• Execute against a product roadmap that allows Gopuff to scale while continuing to add and enter new verticals and categories
• Develop a deep understanding of the capabilities and limitations of our current tech stack.
• Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations to pursue future products.
• Have a blast working with a super-fun team and shipping impactful features
