Key Responsibilities
Follow company standards and project plans in coordination with the lead painter and project manager
Keep jobsites organized and clean throughout each project
Protect homes and items using paper, plastic, tape, etc.
Perform surface prep and advanced prep (wall patching, etc.) as needed
Prime and paint surfaces using brush, roller, and spray applications
Respect clients’ homes and businesses, communicating politely and professionally
Learn and understand the coatings and equipment we use
Arrive on time, work efficiently, and learn from mistakes
Collaborate with a team of 1–3 painters to complete projects efficiently and effectively
Adapt to and improve company processes, always seeking ways to enhance efficiency and quality
Maintain attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
Be open to new ideas and constructive feedback
Qualifications
For Apprentices: No experience required—training provided!
Proof of legal work status in the United States
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
Willingness to learn and grow—experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Manual dexterity and balance for working on scaffolding and ladders
Experience with airless sprayers and masking is a plus
