**Key Qualifications:** - Over two years of experience managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environments- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting to automate and enhance operational tasks
- Familiarity with observability tools like Grafana, InfluxDB, Prometheus, or ELK
- Expertise in Windows Server operating systems, networking concepts, and virtualization
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and solve complex problems while working collaboratively
