RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Examine assigned vehicles for potential safety or service recommendations
• Independently perform various auto repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics, including the following:
  • Disassemble and perform partial or complete overhaul of engines, transmissions, differentials, other assemblies and sub-assemblies
  • Use gauges, special tools, and specialized equipment to diagnose mechanical failure or problems (such as electronic diagnostic equipment, infrared machine for exhaust emissions, and air conditioning recharging machine)
  • Do wheel alignments and balances
  • Install and/or adjusts brakes, heaters and defrosters
  • Replace worn or broken parts
  • Grind valves
• Repair automotive equipment (such as alternators, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, pumps, and carburetion systems)
• Perform high-quality work and uphold high standards of workmanship
• Maintain an organized and safe work environment
• Keep up with the advanced training needed to do your job correctly
• Serve as team leader/lead worker when assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of automotive repair experience minimum working on a variety of vehicles, including both domestic and imports
• Advanced knowledge of automotive systems, services, testing equipment, and tools
• The ability to diagnose, repair and complete a project without any assistance
• ASE certifications
• Full set of tools (we provide all specialty equipment)
• Valid Drivers License
