Human Resources Generalist

Position Title: HR Generalist
Position Summary
The HR Generalist supports daily human resources operations and helps ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations. This role assists with recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, and HR record management while promoting a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process including posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and employee orientation
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Assist with benefits administration, employee inquiries, and open enrollment processes
- Support employee relations by responding to HR-related questions and helping resolve workplace concerns
- Assist with performance management processes and employee development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of human resources experience or related administrative experience
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Compensation/Requirements:
Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Must have the following clearances completed. All clearances will be reviewed prior to executing a contract.
- Pennsylvania Request for Criminal Record Check (Act 34)
- Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance History (Act 151)
- Pennsylvania Fingerprinting Services
