Mental Health Therapist - Pennsylvania, Part-Time 1099 - Remote | WFH

About the Role:

Today's world can be tough on kids and teens. Our collaborative care model relies on therapy to help families manage the ups and downs of life, from managing emotions to reducing stress and anxiety. We're looking for a part-time, licensed therapist passionate about whole-person, whole-family care to join our clinical team. You'll report to a Clinical Supervisor.

What You'll Do:

Use evidence-based techniques to motivate, guide, and support our members in achieving their goals.
Partner closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team, including psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers.
Pilot experimental therapy protocols and techniques.
Participate in training on our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model.
Who You Are:

A licensed LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC practicing at the top of your license.
Experience with pediatric trauma work is required.
EMDR training is preferred.
Licensed in Pennsylvania (and other states are a plus!).
Tech-savvy and comfortable providing telehealth via video.
Organized and thrive in a dynamic team environment.
Warm and engaging clinical style.
Passionate about helping kids and teens achieve their goals.
Available to work evening hours.
Potential availability to work Saturdays.
