As a Senior Mobile Engineer, you will play a key role in implementing our vision, contributing to the development of world-class mobile applications that drive efficiency and innovation in the logistics industry.

What You'll Be Doing

Designing and developing mobile platforms primarily focused on Android, with opportunities to contribute to iOS development.

Collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers to create enterprise-grade mobile applications that are reliable, scalable, and performant.

Writing high-quality code, from feature development to bug fixes, ensuring our applications meet the highest usability and functionality standards.

Contributing to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

Driving best practices within the mobile team by participating in design and code reviews.

Solving complex technical problems and optimizing performance in a dynamic, real-time environment.

About You

6+ years of professional experience in mobile software development, with a strong focus on Android.

Expertise in Kotlin for Android and familiarity with Swift for iOS (or a willingness to learn).

Deep understanding of Android frameworks, architecture patterns, and performance optimization techniques.

Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform is a plus, especially for cross-platform development needs.

Proficiency with Jetpack Compose and Android UI/UX design principles.

Hands-on experience with Google Firebase for real-time data synchronization, cloud storage, and user authentication.

Strong background in working with real-time systems, remote telematics, GPS tracking, and offline-first architecture.

Passion for building user-friendly, beautifully designed apps with a keen eye for detail in UI/UX.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team and cross-functional environment.

The Ideal Candidate Has

A BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Extensive experience in Android and iOS development, with a primary focus on Android.

A track record of building offline-first applications for environments with intermittent connectivity.

Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines and agile development methodologies.

Experience with microservices architecture or full-stack development.

Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, where rapid iteration and high-quality execution are essential.
