Folino Estate Winery is looking for enthusiastic, service-oriented individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Associates in our Bottle Shop. As a Retail Associate, you'll provide exceptional guest service, offer personalized wine recommendations, and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Job Overview:

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide outstanding customer service
• Assist guests as they shop within the Bottle Shop, answering questions and locating items
• Suggest additional items to enhance guests' purchases
• Must have weekend availability

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of retail experience in sales or customer service
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of merchandise currently being offered
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, reliable, and motivated
• Basic math skills and ability to use a cash register
• Patience when dealing with difficult guests
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• A team player with a "can do" attitude
• High level of customer service skills
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Outgoing, friendly, and enjoys interacting with people
• Commitment to excellence and high standards
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sell merchandise from the Bottle Shop in a fast-paced environment
• Deliver outstanding guest service to retain and gain customers
• Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Perform daily opening and closing procedures
• Assist in maintaining the appearance of the Bottle Shop
• Participate in meetings and marketing events
• Contribute to wine tasting, wine, and gift shop sales goals
• Maintain open and clear communication as a strong team player
