Quality Analyst Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $25.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00am )

• Hot Market Programs: Conduct sampling audits on base cap products during production to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• In-Line Audits: Perform real-time quality checks on products during the heat-sealing process at the Distribution Center (DC).
• Final Audits: Carry out post-production sampling audits of heat-sealed products to confirm finished goods meet required specifications.
• Customer Feedback Analysis: Investigate and audit products flagged with quality concerns based on customer feedback or returns.
• DC Quality Control: Audit inventory at the DC to identify and resolve quality issues before products are shipped out.
• Special Projects: Manage and execute repair initiatives and Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) as part of quality improvement efforts.

Quality Analyst Qualifications:

• Technology & Software: Company-issued Laptop, Monitor, and Power Brick Access to SAP, Microsoft Teams, and the full Microsoft Office
• Suite Inspection Tools: Circumference Gauges Measuring Tapes Defect Stickers Quality Manuals and Inspection Training Manuals
• Workspace & Connectivity: A dedicated cubicle equipped with a desk and ergonomic chair Access to designated audit space (details outlined below) Secure high-speed Wi-Fi connection

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
