Recruiter – Light Industrial & Clerical Staffing
Location: LeHigh Valley, PA | Schedule: Onsite, Monday–Friday

What You’ll Do
- Recruit and place top talent for light industrial and clerical roles .
- Run the full desk : sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and keeping candidates engaged.
- Build and maintain great relationships with clients while delivering quick, quality results.
- Juggle multiple job orders and priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
- Keep a steady pipeline of talent ready to go for recurring client needs.
- Stay sharp on compliance, safety, and all the “must-dos” of staffing.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in staffing (light industrial/clerical a big plus).
- Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
- Someone who thrives on problem-solving, people connections, and finding the right fit.
- Excellent communicator who can balance candidate care with client urgency.
- Tech-comfortable (ATS, job boards, social media sourcing, etc.).
- Ready to be in-office Monday–Friday and fully engaged with the team.
