Automotive Service Manager

If you don't have experience running a $2M + per year revenue shop, Please DO NOT Apply (you will not be considered). We are only looking at candidates that have high customer service experience while meeting company standards for performance.

You are highly organized, excellent communicator, deliver numbers and results while working harmoniously with both internal customers and external customers. Focused on achieving excellence with customer service while meeting and exceeding financial goals.

Must have at least 10 years of relatable experience managing a high volume shop or multiple shops. Independent or National Chain experience preferred.

C&J Automotive Service Managers are essential team members as the face of the shop and the clients' main point of contact throughout the repair/maintenance process. Job Duties:

• Team Leader.
• Responsible for shop goals.
• Shop Morale.
• Greet clients and maintain showroom.
• Schedule appointments.
• Main point of contact for client, relaying diagnosis, recommendations, etc.
• Work as a team to ensure all clients are taken care of.
• Receiving/ordering/posting parts.
• Review digital inspections.

Requirements:

• Automotive Experience.
• Detail oriented.
• Valid drivers license.
• Sales Experience.
• Organized.
• Positive attitude with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with a customer satisfaction focus.
• Have strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Manage client experience from beginning to end.
