Job Description

Ignitist Inc, which is part of the Trucordia Network, provides insurance solutions to help those in the most underserved markets get access to the healthcare they need to live the best lives possible. Ignitist Inc is building a solid network through partnerships with non-profit groups, insurance carriers and providers who share our passion for improving the quality of life for those who need it most. Ignitist is seeking an Inbound and Outbound Medicare Sales Agent for Aetna, where your informal, flexible, and people-oriented approach will shine! We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys connecting with others. In this role, you’ll reach out to potential clients, guiding them through their Medicare options with patience and care that line up with our commitment to “Do Good” .

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere to discuss Aetna’s Medicare plans.
  • Clearly explain Medicare options, benefits, and enrollment processes, ensuring clients feel informed and confident in their choices.
  • Take the time to understand each client’s unique needs and adapt your approach to provide tailored solutions.
  • Foster trust and rapport with clients through your outgoing personality and cooperative attitude.
  • Keep track of leads and follow up promptly, ensuring no opportunity is missed while maintaining accurate records of interactions.
Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of successful outbound dialing sales experience in the Medicare industry
  • Passion for helping others and a commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Build rapport with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay updated on Medicare products, services, and industry trends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows environment and multiple CRM software systems.
  • Self-motivated with a powerful desire to succeed and achieve high performance.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adjust strategies based on client needs and feedback.
  • Valid Resident State Health Insurance (Required)
  • Continuing Education (CEs) are up to date (Required)
  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred qualifications include:

  • 1 year Sales Experience
  • 1 year Medicare Advantage
  • 1 year outbound dialing

Compensation: $18.50 an hour/ plus $25.00 per issued Medicare Application.

  • Potential to earn up to $45k- $55k in your first year
  • Average Top Performer potential to earn up to $60k -$70k
  • Additional Bonus Opportunities through Bonusly and incentive-based programs
