What You’ll Do
- Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating)
- Monitor and report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Provide mobility assistance (transfers, repositioning)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
- Document care and observations per policy
- Provide companionship and emotional support
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
