As one of the largest and fastest growing custom sign providers in the nation, we are actively looking to add an Installation Manager to our team. We are a full-service signage company specializing in the design, fabrication, and installation of custom signs and environmental graphics. We partner with clients across the country and within numerous industries — from retail and corporate to healthcare and education — delivering high-quality visual solutions that bring brands to life.

We are seeking a qualified professional with after-market service installation experience (signage, hvac, electrical, commercial food service, automotive service department) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with supervisory experience leading and developing a department, utilizing data driven metrics and KPI's to guide continuous improvement initiatives and has a passion for managing complex, creative projects.

Installation Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Hires and trains departmental team members.
• Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of the department to meet quarterly and annual goals.
• Possesses strong process and system minded skillset.
• Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
• Leads an interdepartmental team to complete assigned projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
• Manages and mentors a team of Installation Supervisors and Technicians, ensuring alignment with departmental and organizational goals and objectives.
• Monitor and report on project performance, identifying opportunities for optimization, continuous improvement, and risk mitigation.
• Ability to develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and metrics to ensure consistency and quality.
• Oversees and holds team members accountable for individual KPIs and overall team performance.
• Manages budgets, resource allocations, and capital assets.
• Reviews project specifications, site conditions, and install drawings before work begins to confirm access, equipment needs, safety requirements, and feasibility.
• Troubleshoots jobsite issues and makes timely decisions to keep projects moving.
• Ensures accurate and timely completion of all field documentation.
• Communicates schedule changes, delays, and job status updates promptly to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Monitors jobs in progress to ensure work is performed according to scope, quality standards, and customer expectations.
• May require travel up to 30% of the time to client sites, project locations and other business related destinations.

Installation Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, a related field or equivalent years of experience required .
• Minimum of 3 years proven management and customer service experience required.
• Demonstrated management experience in leading an installation, service, or operations department.
• Proven ability to develop and implement metrics and KPI's that yield positive results.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills to balance multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and real time information for strategic decision-making.
• Ability to read technical drawings, documents, and contracts.
• Knowledge of sign installation is a plus.
