Accounting Associate
We are seeking a dedicated Accounting Associate to join our team. This role involves processing payroll, managing financial transactions, and ensuring accurate documentation of all financial records.
Responsibilities
- Process non-union hourly and salary pay for over 70 employees accurately and in a timely manner.
- Handle credit and ACH transactions efficiently.
- Balance books and perform journal entries.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and payroll records.
- Process ACH transactions for payroll and vendor payments.
- Assist with other month-end closing duties as needed.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Perform 3 Way Match.
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee payroll information.
- Assist with benefit enrollment for new employees and manage any claims that arise.
Essential Skills
- 1+ years of bookkeeping and/or accounting experience, preferably with a warehousing/manufacturing background.
- Experience with payroll processing and journal entries.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel, particularly with VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
- Experience with ERP systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Degree preferred with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Entry Level candidates encouraged to apply

- Ability to work independently.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Sewickley, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.03 - $28.85/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
