Job Overview
- Cannonball Recruiting is seeking a dedicated and versatile General Production Worker to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in various operational tasks, contributing to the efficiency and productivity of our production processes. This position requires a proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Experience operating forklifts, cherry pickers, or similar machinery is a plus.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks as needed.
Job Duties:
- Perform masking activities
- Perform mechanical cleaning of parts
- Able to use hand tools
- Load and unload parts from production process
- Count, sort, assemble and pack parts
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Communicates well with others
- Team Oriented
- Positive Attitude
- Requires minimal supervision, can work independently
- Safety Minded
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
