Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service while building trust and lasting relationships.
Diagnose and resolve a variety of drain-related problems for both residential and commercial customers.
Expertly clean, repair, and replace drains of all kinds, focusing on quality work and integrity.
Identify and proactively fix small issues before they become larger, more expensive repairs for the customer.
Work with minimal supervision but collaborate as a valued member of a supportive team.
Provide guidance and share your expertise with those who are just beginning their careers in the trade.
Take pride in completing all jobs and paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough, and timely manner.
What We're Looking For
A minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in all areas of drain cleaning.
Jet operating experience is preferred.
Proficiency with technology to work from an iPad and the ability to type professional emails.
A strong drive to do the job right the first time and a genuine sense of pride in your work. You are a lifelong learner who realizes that continuous growth is key to success in the trade.
The availability to be a part of an on-call rotation.
An associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial but not required.
A valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record. You will be provided with a new company vehicle to drive each day and take home each evening.
Ability to kneel, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.
