Tax Attorney
VOYlegal is working directly with a highly regarded mid-market law firm recognized as a Top Workplace. The firm is seeking a Tax Associate with 5–8 years of experience to join its Tax and Corporate Group. Qualified candidates should have experience advising on corporate tax matters, including entity formations, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, financings, tax planning, and complex tax research and analysis. Experience with executive compensation planning and tax controversy matters is preferred.
