Accountant

Reporting to the Regional Controller, the Accountant is a key member of the finance team responsible for the timely and accurate completion of all financial reporting requirements. This role collaborates with various managers and staff across the company to ensure compliance with financial guidelines and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.
DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and analyze financial statements and reports. ?
- Track KPIs and assist in preparing financial reports. ?
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close processes. ?
- Develop financial projections and build financial models. ?
- Ensure compliance with accounting practices and legal regulations. ?
- Conduct weekly inventory reviews and maintain risk tracking reports. ?
- Participate in annual audits and provide necessary documentation.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial planning and analysis. ?
- CPA registration or equivalent experience preferred. ?
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. ?
SKILLS REQUIRED
- High attention to detail and experience with confidential information. ?
- Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills. ?
- Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines. ?
- Solid judgment, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. ?
- Strong interpersonal communication and team-building abilities.
