Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $19 - $19 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Maintenance Lead :

• Candidates should be comfortable leading daily maintenance operations, completing repairs, handling preventative maintenance tasks, and supporting overall property upkeep

• Experience with basic tools, troubleshooting, and coordinating maintenance needs is strongly preferred

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening), Weekends

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Ideal applicants must have prior carpentry experience, including installation work, along with general property maintenance knowledge

• Background check and Drug test required
