With over 15 years of experience, we provide a range of social services including psychotherapy, home health care, and outreach programs to the community. Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) at Wormack Inc. The LSW will be responsible for providing psychotherapy services to the individual, group, and community. This is a hybrid role, meaning the candidate will be based in Connellsville but will have the flexibility to work from home for some tasks.
Qualifications
- Current LSW license
- Experience in providing psychotherapy
- Strong knowledge of social work principles, theories, and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Empathy and compassion for others
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Previous experience in a non-profit organization is a plus
- Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are beneficial
