Landscape Team Member

Growing Seasons Landscaping is a family-owned business based in Canonsburg, PA, serving the Greater Pittsburgh area and tri-state region with a wide range of outdoor services, including landscaping, hardscaping, maintenance, snow removal, oil and gas, forestry, and trucking. As a Landscape Team Member, you will be part of a supportive and experienced crew committed to delivering high-quality results. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to complete landscaping projects such as mulching, pruning, planting, and landscape installation
• Safely operate and maintain basic landscaping tools and equipment
• Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
• Prepare job sites and perform cleanup to ensure a safe and organized work area
• Follow instructions from the Landscape Foreman and crew leaders to meet company standards
• Support seasonal snow removal and winter maintenance tasks during the off-season
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
• Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic while representing the company

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Capable of performing physical labor, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license preferred
