NOW HIRING FULLY REMOTE HRIS SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

The HRIS System Administrator for the ADP Recruiting Management platform is responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of the ADP Recruiting Manager (RM) platform. This position ensures that the system operates efficiently to support the recruitment and talent acquisition processes for the company's HR and recruiting teams. The System Administrator will work closely with HR and recruiting leadership to customize the system, troubleshoot issues, maintain data integrity, manage user access, and collaborate with ADP RM support for complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Management:

Serve as the primary administrator for ADP Recruiting Management, ensuring smooth operations and platform performance.

System Customization:

Configure and customize the ADP RM platform to meet the company's recruiting needs, including workflows, career site setup, requisition management, and candidate communication features.

Troubleshooting and Support:

Resolve technical issues related to system functionality, integrations, and data flows. Collaborate with ADP support for complex issues requiring escalations.

User Management and Security:

Manage user access levels, permissions, and security settings within the platform. Ensure that all users have the appropriate system roles based on their job responsibilities.

Data Integrity and Reporting:

Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity within the platform, including candidate information, job postings, and application data. Provide data and reporting support for recruiting and HR metrics.

Vendor Management:

Work directly with ADP support teams to troubleshoot advanced issues, schedule upgrades, and ensure that all system patches and updates are deployed in a timely manner.

Process Improvement:

Collaborate with HR leadership to identify opportunities for improving recruiting processes, workflows, and system functionality. Implement new features and best practices as necessary.

Training and Documentation:

Create and update training materials, user guides, and documentation for end users. Provide ongoing training and support to HR and recruiting teams on best practices for using ADP RM.

Integration Support:

Work with IT and HR teams to manage integrations between ADP Recruiting Management and other HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now and third-party vendors.

Compliance:

Ensure the platform is compliant with company policies and applicable recruiting laws, including data privacy and equal employment opportunity regulations.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience administering ADP Recruiting Management or other applicant tracking systems (ATS) within a large organization. Previous experience managing system upgrades and troubleshooting technical issues is required.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of recruiting workflows and system functionality. Proficiency in troubleshooting, reporting, and managing system customizations. Experience with ADP Workforce Now and other HRIS platforms is preferred.

Project Management:

Experience managing system-related projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve successful outcomes.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Requirements:

Salary range $75,000-$85,000. Salary commensurate with experience.
