Landscape Laborer

Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of landscape and hardscape projects.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time and to company standards.
- Ensure job sites are clean and organized at the end of each workday.
- Follow company safety protocols and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and take direction; experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Valid PA driver’s license is preferred.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
Compensation
Starting at $16.00/hour , with potential for higher pay based on experience and qualifications. Work 36 hours a week and earn pay for 40 hours with perfect attendance.
