Bilingual Recruiter and Home Care Sales Specialist (Hybrid)

As a Recruiter and Homecare Sales Specialist you will connect to seniors and referral sources to identify clients and caregivers to join our team

What you will do:
- Creation of job postings in company portal and job boards
- Screening and selecting candidates for interview
- Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
- Networking through social media, community groups, job fairs and other organizations
- Targeted recruiting to match caregivers with appropriate clients
- Develops and maintains ongoing, positive relationships with key organizations, discharge planners and other facilities with a focus on providing attentive customer service
- Presents speaking engagements and in-services to the facility staff, general public, professional groups, contractors and others as appropriate relative to the care and services in order to promote the program of care and the services provided
- Increases care hours, develops a profitable referral source pipeline, and gains market share
- Pre-plans weekly sales activities, creates opportunities for communication with referral sources, and maintains all sales activity in a Customer Relationship Manager database
- The ideal candidate has a successful sales track record in increasing market share and has prior experience working in the home care or healthcare industries
Who you are:
- Prior Home care Outside Sales Experience
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business management or communications preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in generating new business in the home care industry.
- Proven ability to generate leads and monitor referrals, to manage a sales territory, maintaining and building relationships with new and existing contacts.
- Communicate and interact effectively with internal and external customers.
- Ability to establish and maintain a courteous and service-oriented working relationship with referral sources and clients.
- Experience with public speaking (in addition to presentation skills). Strong at persuasive and educational writing and speaking.
- Comfortable with closing/asking for business.
- Must have a valid Drivers License
- Exercise excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
