Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years NICU RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to newborns and their families as a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care to neonates requiring intensive monitoring and intervention
• Communicate clearly with family members, offering education and support
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams, including neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and lactation consultants
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage advanced medical equipment
• Thoroughly document patient status, care provided, and interventions in medical records
• Participate actively in patient rounds and contribute to individualized care planning
• Respond promptly to emergencies and adapt to rapidly changing clinical situations

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Previous NICU experience preferred
• Current certifications in BLS and NRP
• Proficiency with neonatal assessment, technology, and best practices
• Strong communication, emotional resilience, and teamwork skills
