Pay:
- Consistent Revenue: $1,265 – $1,500 average weekly pay.
- CPM Structure: Competitive mileage pay covering both loaded and empty miles .
- Hourly Protection: $20.00 per hour paid out for detention and unexpected breakdowns.
- Onboarding: Fully paid orientation program to get you rolling seamlessly.
- Weekly Reset: Predictable regional routing ensures you are home every week for your reset.
- Dispatch Support: Structured dispatch schedules with reliable, driver-focused fleet backing.
- Trucks: Newer, exceptionally well-maintained Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors.
- Safety First: Routine preventative maintenance prioritizing your safety, reliability, and on-the-road comfort.
- Retirement: 401(k) program with up to a $2,000 company match.
- Time Off: 10 days of paid vacation plus 8 paid holidays per year.

- Credentials: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Experience: At least 6 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience.
- Compliance: Full compliance with standard DOT background, safety, and drug/alcohol screening protocols.
- SAP OK if Step 6 is complete and driver has some experience with another carrier after completion.
