Full-Time Second Grade Assistant Teacher

Buckingham Friends School seeks a new Full-Time Second Grade Assistant Teacher beginning in September 2026. This full-time, 10-month position, includes responsibility for supporting the curriculum and at times co-teaching all aspects of the Second Grade program to 20 students; working closely with and maintaining positive and effective relationships with the lead teacher, the reading specialist, and other Lower School teachers; advancing the School’s mission as a Friends school; aligning with the School’s core values and philosophy; and actively supporting the School’s strategic plan. The successful candidate will have experience and/or training in teaching at the Lower School (grades K-2) level. Some experience preferred.
