We’re a tight-knit team with over 10 years of experience and four fully licensed team members in addition to the Agent. We cover property, casualty, life, and health insurance. Our Agent has a financial background, helping clients with in-depth life insurance discussions and financial planning. We’re all about driving results, supporting each other, continuous learning, and most importantly — helping our customers make smart insurance choices they can count on.
What You’ll Do:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce our insurance products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Follow up with leads and assist clients through the sales process to close deals.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Be a key connector between clients, agents, and the team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Learn and adhere to all company policies and industry regulations.
- Continuously improve your sales skills through coaching and training.
- Support the Agency in achieving overall sales goals and customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, coachable attitude and eagerness to learn — sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software tools.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A team player who is ready to take initiative and grow with us.
- Willingness to pursue Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance licensing if not already licensed.
- Commitment to obtaining Life and Health insurance licenses within 90 days of hire.
Bonus Points For:
- Existing insurance licenses (P&C, Life, Health).
- Background in insurance sales.
- Familiarity with insurance software, social media and sales management tools.
