Book Keeper

Quintech Electronics & Communications, Inc. is seeking a Bookkeeper  whose primary duties will include the activities of general accounting, financial reporting of the company, and working within a team for collections and payables.


Primary duties will include :

• Preparation of monthly financial reports, including bank reconciliations, account reconciliations and other related statements that reflect the company's financial condition according to corporate policies and procedures.
• Prepare monthly income statement, balance sheets, and statement of cash flows for the company
• Posting of related journal entries, including month-end closing entries, and preparation of related supporting documentation.
• Filing of monthly or quarterly sales tax returns
• Liaising with tax advisors to ensure local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings are completed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned as well as adhere to company policies and procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business/accounting or related field and/or a minimum of one year of work related experience.
• Prior accounting experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills along with ability to read, interpret and carry out both written and oral instructions.
• Work requires attention to detail with strong organization and time management skills
• Must have knowledge of typical business operations and working use of a variety of office equipment and software applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and database software (MSWord, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Must have ability to understand departmental operations and procedures along with a demonstrated ability to report to work as scheduled and on time.

Position is a full-time, daylight in person position,
Monday to Friday, Flexibility to work hours
