Job Title: Cook Supervisor

Status: Full Time

Schedule: Evenings, NO late nights, Flexible hours available between 10am - 8pm

Salary Range: Experienced based pay starting at $20.50/hr PLUS Shift Differentials that include $1 for Evenings and an additional $1 for Weekends!

What will I do in this role with Garden Spot?

As a Cook Supervisor , supporting the Garden Spot Communities' mission will include the following responsibilities:

• Provides nutritional meals, served properly, and at the proper temperatures with proper sanitary techniques to the satisfaction of the residents.
• Supervises employees in the absence of management.
• Serves as lead cook by guiding, assisting, training, and assigning tasks.

What do I need for this role with Garden Spot?

• Knowledge of cooking procedures and large quantity recipes.
• Able to prepare and serve food according to menus and recipes.
• Graduate of food-related course (ex: ServSafe). preferred, not required.
• An understanding of and willingness to live out our mission and values, providing compassionate person-centered care to all residents.
