Abound Health is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers who want part-time, flexible work supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in their homes and communities.

Many of our clients in the Lebanon area are looking for 4–8 hours of support per week . For them, those few hours bring comfort, connection, and independence — and for you, it’s an opportunity to do work that truly matters.

Where We Need Caregivers

We have immediate part-time openings in:

• Lebanon, PA
• Cleona, PA

We work closely with each caregiver to match you with a client whose needs and schedule align with your availability.

What You’ll Do

Your support helps individuals live fuller, safer, and more meaningful lives. Responsibilities may include:

• Encouraging social, behavioral, and vocational skill development
• Supporting participation in community and recreational activities
• Providing companionship and respite for families
• Following treatment plans and documenting progress
• Assisting with daily living skills as needed
• Working independently in the client’s home or community
• Completing required training and ongoing development

This role is ideal for caregivers who want to make a difference without committing to full-time hours.

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine passion for supporting individuals with I/DD
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background checks
• Willingness to assist with personal care if needed
• CPR/First Aid certification (training provided)
• 1 year of caregiving experience preferred, but not required

Pay

$15–$20/hr
Hours vary by client (typically 4–8 hours per week )

$1,000 Signing Bonus Details

• $333 after 90 days (20 hrs/week average)
• $333 after 6 months (20 hrs/week average)
• $334 after 1 year (20 hrs/week average)

Not available for Residential Services or Relative as Provider (RAP) hires.
Applicants must not have worked for Abound Health or its affiliates in the past 18 months.
