Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Philadelphia, PA
Experience true work-life balance with on-site care and remote documentation. Join TeamHealth: where your expertise meets compassionate care! We are seeking a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing group practice in and around Philadelphia, New York, area.
Role Overview- Schedule: 5 a week within Monday to Friday
- Start off at 10ppd and grow to 15ppd
- Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units
- Conduct documentation at home with provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patients
- Commute to 1 post-acute care facility per day within the Philadelphia Region
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
- Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with a mental health diagnosis
- Prescribe and manage medications
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation
Requirements
- Hold a valid full PMHNP license
- Active NY license
- Active DEA preferred but not required
- Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not require
Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated range of $107,848 - $127,418 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
