Sous Chef
Looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join the team at Elma. We require a minimum of at least 2 years in a management role in a casual upscale or fine dining atmosphere.
This is an active chef position, be prepared to work the line.
You will be working alongside the Chef to execute service.
Ordering, restaurant management and the ability to train others while maintaining cleanliness and a positive attitude is non-negotiable.
This will require a two day working interview you will also need an active serve safe cert.
