Administrative Assistant - 3rd Shift
- Ensure delivery drivers have all necessary paperwork prior to their departure.
- Correlate customer documents and other items as needed.
- Process email requests and instructions from internal and external departments.
- Email various reports for management as requested.
- General office duties such as printing, scanning, copying, answering the phone, updating computer systems, etc.
- Positive and professional interaction with drivers, co-workers, and customers.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders on route status.
What you bring
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn transportation management software.
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities and provide excellent customer service.
