Title: ABA Therapist / RBT - Quakertown/Bucks County - Earn up to $32/hr + $2,000 Sign-On Bonus
Location: Bucks County (Quakertown, Center Valley, Easton)
Work Setting: In-person, daycare
Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $20-$32 per hour

We offer full training for beginners -no prior experience required. If you're already an RBT, we welcome your expertise!

What You'll Do:

• Work directly with children to implement individualized treatment plans
• Use play and structured activities to teach communication, social, and life skills
• Track progress and collect session data
• Collaborate with clinical supervisors and families
• Follow behavior support strategies and maintain a positive learning environment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable vehicle and personal means of transportation
• ABA experience preferred but not required - full paid training provided
