About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment and are interested in learning more about the world of wine and food. No prior knowledge of wine is needed! If you enjoy a high-energy atmosphere, have a passion for providing exceptional service & a level of unreasonable hospitality, while bringing a positive attitude to what you do every day - then this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

Turks Head Wines Servers are responsible for creating an elevated and memorable guest experience through:

• Exceptional Service – Anticipating and exceeding guest expectations with warmth and professionalism

• Food & Wine Knowledge – Understanding food ingredients, preparation techniques, allergens, and basic wine pairings
  (Our team of Wine Educators/Sommeliers will guide deeper wine discussions)

• Team Collaboration – Working well with front and back-of-house teams in a fast-paced environment

• Adaptability – Embracing new systems and service steps as we grow

Daily tasks may include:

• Reviewing reservations

• Taking and entering orders

• Opening, presenting, and pouring wine

• Running food and beverages

• Preparing checks and handling payments

• Cleaning and resetting of tables

• Supporting hosts, wine educators, and kitchen staff as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Energetic, positive, and team-oriented

• Passion for hospitality and guest experience

• Strong communication and multi-tasking skills

• Familiarity with food handling and hospitality industry standards

• 21+ years of age

• Able to lift 40 lbs and stand/walk/talk for extended periods

• Must be available on weekends

• Must adhere to PLCB/RAMP safe alcohol service practices

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-time or Full-time (20–30 hours/week expected)

• Shifts: Day, evening, and night shifts available

• Location: In-person at 120 N Church St., West Chester, PA 19380
