Night Auditor
Hilton Garden Inn Allentown Bethlehem Airport is searching for self-motivated associates for the position of Night Auditor.
Though this is a primary overnight position, you may be asked to working during the day for training. WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS ARE MANDATORY! Daily responsibilities (but not limited to):- Checking guests in and out.
- Answering phones.
- Making reservations.
- Balancing the day's transactions.
- Responding to guests' needs/requests/questions.
- Providing excellent customer service 100% of the time.
Skills/Qualities Required:
- Very upbeat friendly personality.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Detail-oriented.
- Computer literate.
- Quick Learner.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience in working in customer service.
- Reliable Transportation.
- Excellent work ethic and stable past job history.
