Job Title: Project Manager - Construction

Position Overview

The Project Manager will lead and oversee all construction activities for assigned projects,. This role ensures that project scope, budget, and timelines are met while maintaining a high standard of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. The position requires consistent onsite presence to support safe, efficient, and well‑coordinated operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction for assigned projects from planning through completion.
• Maintain control of project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Provide onsite leadership to promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
• Coordinate daily communication with subcontractors and monitor their performance.
• Direct and support all subcontractor activities to ensure alignment with project goals.

Work Environment

The Project Manager will operate within a school setting and oversee union contractors. The position follows a first‑shift for a duration of 2 years.

This is a Contract position based out of Ligonier, PA.

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
