️ Food Services Worker

Join our team as a Food Services Worker and play a meaningful role in creating a safe, welcoming dining experience for residents. In this hands-on role, you’ll support meal preparation, maintain cleanliness, and help deliver quality service—making a genuine difference every day.

• Assist in preparing and serving meals and snacks following menus, diet plans, and food safety standards
• Support the meal service line to ensure accurate, timely tray delivery ⏱️
• Prepare and serve alternative food options as needed
• Properly store food, supplies, and incoming inventory
• Maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen and dining environment (equipment, dishes, floors, etc.)
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures
• Interact respectfully with residents, families, and team members
• Monitor and report any resident concerns or changes appropriately

• High school diploma, equivalent, or currently enrolled
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively in English
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently when needed

• Available shifts: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM (some flexibility required, including early shifts starting at 5:30 AM) ⏰

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greentree, PA.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
